Assistant Executive Director
Pat coordinates development of programs, including grants and special projects and provides resources for the activities and operations or current grantees.  Pat has oversight of the Foundation's Fatherhood Initiative.  Email Pat

Katrina Spigner

Senior Program Officer for Grantee-Initiated Grantmaking
Katrina is responsible for the Foundation's grantee initiated grantmaking including management and facilitation of the grant review process for the Caritas Fund and Responsive Grants. Katrina also oversees technical assistance and education/training offered to grantees. Email Katrina

Kim Frohnappel

Senior Grants Officer
Kim is responsible for managing the preparation, tracking, processing and systems management of all Foundation grant requests and grant awards.  Kim also oversees the Foundation's information technology.  Email Kim

Brooke Bailey

Communications Manager
Brooke is responsible for the public relations activities of the Foundation including media relations, board/staff education, website development and Foundation publications.  Email Brooke

Liz is responsible for coordinating daily operations of the Foundation office, including the scheduling of meetings.  Email Liz

Allison Cowherd

Project Coordinator
Allison is responsible for planning and coordinating Foundation workshops, statewide meetings, training seminars and special events, especially pertaining to the Foundation's Fatherhood and collaboration for Women Religious Initiatives.  Email Allison

Kelsey Elkins

Project Coordinator
Kelsey is responsible for planning and coordinating Foundation workshops, training seminars and special events pertaining to grantee-initiated grantmaking and the Foundation's education component. Email Kelsey
