To allow more interaction and learning opportunities, each workshop is limited in size. Participation in the workshop is determined by a selective process. The selection process requires the submission of a completed application form.
The Foundation is currently accepting applications for the following workshop(s):
Partnerships and Sustainability Workshop
Thursday, November 6 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Foundation's office
Learn how effective partnerships can lead to your organization's sustainability. This workshop will use a variety of interactive techniques to help define partnerships and describe how to use them to sustain your organization’s programs. To apply for the Partnerships and Sustainability Workshop, click here. Applications are due by October 20, 2008.
Grant Writing Basics Workshop
Wednesday, November 19 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Foundation's office
This interactive workshop provides individuals with the tools and resources for grant writing. By the end of the session participants will understand basic grant writing terms and the grant writing process, find local funders, complete budgets and budget narratives, write outcome objectives and more.
